Violet Revolution

Typically I like to upload video of major fashion shows around the world, but this time I could not seem to find any for Sao Paolo’s Summer 2010/11 Fashion Week, outside of some dubbed over interview (thank goodness) with Paris Hilton and a swimsuit one that reminded me of why a Brazilian bikini is called “Brazilian.” (lots of butt shots)

I did find some pic’s of some cute swimwear and dress styles (it is hot down there, but their fashion show is not all about swimwear), plus some other eclectic fashion shots.

I don’t know about you, but these photos have encouraged me to throw out the rest of my birthday cake and add a few extra minutes to my workouts each day.

My favorite is the black and white one, but I also like the cobalt blue one as it’s more modest of a bikini (I haven’t seen the back so I’m assuming it has full rear coverage!), but still sexy.  Which one is your favorite?

And these shoes and um, headpiece? are truly, truly, truly outrageous.  I don’t know about functional, but I certainly have to give props to the designers who dream this stuff up.
