So what’s up with mid-thigh socks? I’ve seen this look in a lot of mag’s lately, but not too much out and about here at home. (I have been sick lately, so perhaps my need to hybernate has hindered my style-spotting capabilities.)

It’s a good idea in that a) if you’re not sure you want to commit to OTK boots, this gives you a similar look without having to buy new boots, and b) you can create different looks by buying different colors, and wearing them higher on the thigh or folding them down. Plus gives extra leg warmth if you want to wear a dress/skirt during our arctic cold winters…
